Fuscous is the word we found to describe the colors that are a blend of brown and grey. The word actually offers a pretty broad spectrum, hence the title: "Shades of Fuscous". Even if something looks a little more brown or a little more grey, it's still in that slightly questionable, somewhat mysterious category that we at Fashion Paradise have come to love Love LOVE! These are the types of colors that cause compliments to come sneaking up on you. First in line will be to the wearer ("Boy, you look so pretty today!") Next will be the entire look ("What an awesome outfit!") Then will come the individual pieces (" That is such a gorgeous sweater, and those shoes are to die.") The mystery will be in how these aforementioned complements will continue to come up again and again (and trust us, they will,) and secondly, why it has been so tough to describe these colors (sort of a brownish-greyish?) when there's a perfectly good word like "Fuscous" out there ... We learn something great every day!
